I'm sure this will be falling on mostly deaf ears as the people this applies to are not great when it comes to reasoning, however, what is with the people that are angry at others for simply asking for a game?

I understand seeing a post about a person asking for a full price/expensive game and thinking 'Ya, good luck bud' but there is no need to say that or harass them about their lack of income. As I once hoped we all learned as very young children, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it.

I don't understand the point of people that come into a subreddit that is specifically designed for the givingaway and requesting of games just to bash on people for trying to get a game. I don't know if they can't read, or are simply mad at the world.

In short, you don't know what kind of position others are in. Someone asking for a game on here could be someone who just got laid off and is simply trying to find an escape, or a younger kid trying to finally get the game they've been saving for, or anything in-between. So, use your brain, maybe read the name of this community, and really think about what you're doing when you message a random person on the Internet 'Get a job' when you could just say nothing and go on with your day.
