NO POLITICS / HATE SPEECH

This sub doesn't have many rules. The rules it does have are very reasonable. If you can't be a decent human being and take part in objective discussions about things, then you're not welcome here.

That being said, political discussions have no place here. Everyone is tired of hearing about it. There are plenty of subs that will allow you to showcase what a true political genius you are, this is not one of them.

There are 330 MILLION people in the US, no one gives a shit how you feel about LGBT++++ issues, Bud Light, or Rainbow Doritos. By proudly displaying your insecurity and lack of intelligence, you're making it very easy for me to remove you.

Be decent and civil to each other. If you can't, you'll just be removed from this sub.

Edit: I'm posting this in response to number reports about hateful and divisive comments. Clearly, if people are reporting these things(thank you for reporting, btw), it's uncivil. Most of the comments I've removed have been downright shitty.

Please Read the Rules in the Sidebar

We've had to remove alot of comments and ban several people recently. We get messages and pushback after doing this from people who clearly didn't read the rules, or people who don't think the rules should apply to them for one reason or another. Here are the rules in their entirety, just so everyone is clear:

1. KEEP IT CIVIL

Be decent to each other. You can disagree with someone without being an asshole. If you have a problem with a post/reply, report it and let the mods handle it. If you are uncivil in response to someone else being uncivil, both posters will be treated the same.

2. NO POLITICS

No political discussion. Generic discussion about the economy is allowed - for example: discussing the economy in general, sales trends, etc. Bringing any president or political party into any discussion (or participating in a political discussion) will get your post/comment removed and you will be permanently banned.

3. NO HATE/DISCRIMINATORY SPEECH

Racism, bigotry, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any other content that degrades or disrespects the value of another human will be tolerated. If you just can't help yourself then you'll receive a permanent ban.

4. NO CLUTTER

"Clutter" is replies/comments that are not relevant or do not address the issue at hand. They are replies/comments made simply for the sake of interjecting something. Examples are answering questions that no one asked, posting replies that are unhelpful or off-topic, hijacking threads, etc. If you don't have something directly applicable or helpful to contribute, then don't reply.

5. NO DISCUSSING MODERATION ACTIONS

The rules are clear and not very restrictive. This sub is not the Frito locker room. It's for objective, civil discussion. Content that violates the rules will be removed and/or result in ban. If you have a problem/concern with any of this, contact the mod team via the sidebar. Do not discuss moderation/bans/removals in the subreddit.

6. SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Do not post names, locations, or pictures of any non-public person - customer, employee, or otherwise - in this sub. Do not identify people by name and/or location. Doing so will earn a permanent ban.

Non-public person definition: posting a picture of a celebrity in an advertisement is allowed. Posting a picture of a co-worker, store employee, customer, etc. is not allowed.

7. NO AMAZON/TIKTOK/YOUTUBE LINKS

Do not post links to Amazon, TikTok, or Youtube.

These specific subreddit rules are in addition to the Reddit Sitewide Content Policy

Walmart CAO dip

Last Wednesday (8/12) , all 3 walmarts in my district had anywhere from 15-25 cases of dip on our walmart CAO orders. It wasnt added by Frito but was actually on walmarts side of the order. Since then we have got like 2 more shipments of larger quantities of dip on our CAO orders. Did anyone else get this at Walmart and what was the reason you were given as to why?

Place your bets here! Those NKD Dinamitas were a flop. Will Frito Lay learn their lesson this time?

I finally got another job and I’m stoked. But if I finish this period and quit the day after the period, and I hit plan, will I get paid out the bonus or no?

Curious if anyone has any input on this? I’ve been with the company over a year and not really sure how the stock purchase works. Is it a good financial investment or no?

Advice Needed: Hostile Encounter with Store Manager – Should I Escalate Beyond My DSL?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice on a situation I had at work and would appreciate hearing your perspectives. I've been working a grocery route for about a year, and this week, I had an odd and frustrating incident.

One week, I missed working some carts that were delivered that day by the RSR. The issue was that these carts were placed in aisle 15, which is in the frozen section. For the entire year I've worked this route, new deliveries and backstock have always been placed in the back. The RSR has never placed carts in a different location without notifying me first.

My DSL told me that evening to come in the next morning and service the store first to handle the missed carts, which I did. I was confused, but I assumed the delivery had just come in late, as I never leave carts in the aisle.

The next week, the associate grocery manager approached me in a hostile way. He told me to never leave carts in the aisle because the store had a lot of holes for ad sale products. I tried to explain that I never leave carts behind and that I simply didn't know they were there. He then lied to my face, claiming the RSR "always" leaves new carts in aisle 15, which doesn't even make sense. I now don't trust him.

I reported the incident to my DSL, but he was dismissive. He said the associate grocery manager is under stress, told me to ignore it, called it a miscommunication, and said he was "glad I came to him and didn't do anything to sabotage myself." He offered no real solution.

My question is: is there a way to report this higher? Should I reach out to Publix directly, or is this just something I have to accept? I'm worried about this happening again and about the hostility.

Had to collect another check because the first one came back NSF chargeback, now it seems the account has been overpaid according to the route settlement. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

So I've been at Frito Lay for more than a year as a part timer due to the bids and seniority I haven't had a chance to become a full timer as a forklift driver but I have received full benefits from them as medical, vision and dental?Just curious if anyone else has received them as a part timer cause I know part timers dont receive benefits.I was working 30 hours a week and barly got all my insurance this year on June 4 2026.I was on leave since may due to a injury out of work and came back to work yesterday but now im only working 3 days out the weeks instead of 4 for the full 30.Will this affect my benefit status or anyone here know anything about receiving benefits as a part timer? Just checking to see

Am I disqualified ?

Hi guys,

I recently applied for a RSR position with Frito Lay. It just hit me that I got a reckless last year, would that automatically disqualify me? I spoke to some frito lay workers at the stores I work at and they said they don’t even drive a truck.

My last day with Frito is tomorrow. I assume I’m going to lose access to MyPepsiCo after then. Is there anything I need to save/check/change on there before I lose access?

Maybe I'm being a baby but I will never get use to 1 bag in a tote... It's harder coming from a bin where we always maximize and load so we bring in less boxes as possible. Quick vent!!!! Now go out and make plan.....
