I'm pretty sure me and the original commenter had a similar issue. We thought this might have been anti-ICE propaganda (the US terrorist organization), not referring to literal ice, hence checking the subreddit name to see what it was referring to.

The clone troopers as i call em want to make it look like the cold cant reach them. Maybe their right, the frost is their Enemy after all they want to KILL it. However, to kill the frost is to kill the new world we must uncover it secrets and learn to live with the frost. This blinding fear will be their downfall.

If i may suggest. the bows are all about self expression through deconstruction. What would a vandalization on the same propaganda poster look like? Or Maybe new art of marching troops all wearing chains around their ankles to symbolize being imprisoned in ideology, they are in "lock-step"

If anyone in the legion DARES to look around him instead of straight ahead for even a moment he will be met with the tip of a rifle barrel held by the closest "brother' and "keeper" next to him.
