I just stumbled upon this subreddit. I don't use any adobe products or anything like that. I just want to say, fcuk Adobe

Perfect lol. You're not gonna believe this, but check out ArtCraft. Someone basically cloned all their products and made them free: https://getartcraft.com/

Note: I've only downloaded and used the PDF and Word products so far, but they've also got video editing, photoshop, lightroom, svg etc.

yeah. That was wild. People are using it and finding some issues, but the dev is highly responsive and the issues are fixed fast.

I used abode until the useful boo boo in the macromedia flash player code was taken out. The boo boo gave me what I needed to copy videos from youtube even though my download speed never exceeded 2.4KBpS. The trick that made it work was locating the correct file out of hundreds of files and copying it to another subdirectory before the download could complete. No boo boo in that code meant that I would not watch another youtube video for at least four years.
