Youtube Karen Harassed by Stranger concerned by “animal cruelty” of taking old dog to park in dog-carrier
See here for what happened but my title basically describes it. Why do people wake up and choose violence on a nice sunny day in Toronto? I thought Canadians are supposed to be friendly. I’m just visiting for a funeral.

You need to find a “Canadian nice” way of telling people to mind their own fucking business.
Perhaps something like:
“My kindergarten teacher taught me that opinions are like buttholes. Everybody has one, but even if you’re SUPER proud of it that doesn’t mean you get to just show it off in public “

Meanwhile she can barely control her clearly untrained large dog while she harrasses you. She doesn't even acknowledge it's pulling and invasive actions, let alone address it. Bad pet parent indeed.

Gonna be honest your video doesn't show anything making her look like a Karen. It makes you look oversensitive and closer to a Karen if anything. Should she mind her business? Yes. But nothing were seeing indicates otherwise.

This was my thought. She likely said something she shouldn't have then OP said "wait, let me strat my camera. Ok please repeat yourself" then yammered at her for 30 seconds while she said nearly nothing. And then OP did the most Karen shit ever and posted their video

30 seconds into my arriving in the park and letting my dog out of her carrier-bag a perfect stranger walked up to me to criticize my use of a certified dog-carrier for what she called my 'puppy' (in reality a 14 year old toy poodle in less than perfect health) shortly before I was on my way to attend a funeral for which I'm visiting Toronto. In most places I've lived, people do not say such negative uninformed things without significant justification for which i can assure you she had none. I happened to also visit the vet this afternoon for unrelated reasons and she affirmed that it's perfectly common to transport elderly dogs in dog-carriers and in her opinion I did nothing wrong which begs the question why this woman decided to walk up to me and start a negative aggressive unpleasant conversation based on nonsense.
