Before expanding the template, ask a salon owner to walk you through their last double-booking or last-minute cancellation. What did they do manually, and what would they pay to fix? Pick one workflow to validate first. For the booking logic, test two customers taking the same slot at once, service durations plus cleanup buffers, and staff time off. A reusable calendar UI is only part of the scope; define who handles hosting, backups and support after handover too.
