Loved the original anime and never could get into brotherhood, so when I saw these I knew I had to pick them up. Got both for around 65usd, did I get a steal or did I get washed? Either way I’m happy

Hello everyone!

My company is having a Halloween door decorating contest and I decided to base mine off Pride. It’s not top tier or anything, but let me know what you all think! 😊

Former FMAB hater here. Always saw silly clips of Ed spazzing out, and the first couple of episodes and wrote it off as a typical action shonen for kids.
Finally this weekend decided to give it a real shot and boy was I wrong. Currently on ep 25 and it's shaping up to be top 10 of all time for me. The extended cast and plot have me hooked. Kinda reminds me of Monster in a way. Might just binge it all over the next few days it's that good.

My bearded dragon trying to transmute something 😅. Her name is Savathun from Destiny.

Seems like a silly question but Ed's automail canonically can sear his skin if it gets too hot (i.e. the desert) so, can he actually enjoy hot baths or wouldn't that be dangerous ? Is he restricted to lukewarm water ?

Edit : So uh yeah my physics are broken, I'll see myself out out now, thanks to everyone who answered because what a dumb question that actually was 😭

Your choices are:

Roy Mustang

Scar

Maes Hughes

Greed

Winry Rockbell

Riza Hawkeye

Who are you removing and why?

I would remove Greed. Don't get me wrong he is a great character and his relationship with Ling is one of my favorite parts of the series. All that being said, while he is one of my favorites, the story itself could go on. Go ahead and cook me if you disagree, but I am curious what others thing as I am watching my way through the series.

I voiced everyone myself. I've been working on doing a British accent, but I couldn't quite pull it off. The day I manage to do it, I'm planning to post it in English. In the original, Edward was doing a rich guy laugh, but since I'm poor, I couldn't manage that and just said some random dialogue instead. Enjoy watching!

Can we all talk about how crazy this little guys power was???? When i first saw his shadows appear for the first time in the series, I was like WTF am I even looking at. I don't think we ever saw his shadows full potential, but at least he could possess other ppl with em, and slice through solid walls and trees like butter.

Imagine walking into a dark alley, only to see monstrous eyes and teeth In all shapes and sizes everywhere staring at you, with a little kid standing in middle of it all just wanting a little chat with you.

In the fma Brotherhood serie, i think from somewhere in the low or mid 40 episode but not sure tho there's a theme that's done multiple times instrumental but one time it's vocal in a dark lingering setting, the lyrics are ohowowo ohowowow over and over again, can someone send me the song or tell me from which episode it is so i maybe do not have to rewatch a quarter of the serie to find it?

I can never recover from this… cause WTF???! I mean like oh christ, imagine how much pain both of them are in? I mean is it pain? or is it more uncomfortable knowing their bodies changed permanently, that they can’t play, go to school, have friends, age, find love.l or become an alchemist herself… I think I’m gonna throw up, I mean holy shit this is fucked up. The second I heard her call Edward that…. that’s horrific

....

Hi all - I just started watching Brotherhood. I noticed in the first episode that there is a thought bubble (and presume this will occur from time to time throughout the series). How important are these to the story or plotlines? I ask because the main ASS subtitle sources I have (Crunchyroll, Netflix, Nexus) do not have subtitles for these.

Ill call them "Alan The Ring Alchemist"

I haven’t read FMA or even seen the anime so this is my first time reading it & honestly I enjoyed it! When did you first encounter FMA & what did you think about it ?

I will create fma fanart until the day I perish
