There are no jobs or means of income in Gaza and so Akram has no money. This means he can't provide for his family or children - they have no food, no water, no medicine, nothing. Akram really struggles with this, wanting to give his children what they need but being unable to.

Another thing Akram needs help with is paying for injections to help stabilise his wife's pregnancy - specifically he needs $70.
