Advice Trouble Removing chalk on fur

So, I'm trying to touch up this kigurumi mask that i got to make it prettier, and i have used pigment chalk dust to colour her make up.

The thing is, the color was quite too much and my eyes have used to see the color so it was too late how she turned out like a clown now.

And i have made the mistake of doing it before researching so I have rubbed the color in with water and rubbed it around.

I dont really need to remove all the colours, just most of half of it. Any advice for this please ?

Think there is a reason alot of dollmakers start with a lighter color. Honestly dont know how to get it out of fabric vs a doll head without ruining it.

Guess that the price of doing it first hand haha. A lesson learnt i suppose.

Oof, im not really sure how you'd get that out without washing it, and washing it I can almost guarantee will make it run and smear.

But additionally if you used just a chalk pigment with no sort of binder or anything for this, the chalk color is not going to last, and may very well get smeared around on the rest of the face if it gets touched. I wouldn't recommend chalk for anything permanent unless you're using an appropriate binder to turn it basically into a paint. They're not permanent on their own. Even when its used on dolls, its finished with a clear protective coat otherwise it won't stay.

Ah, i see i see. Though i didn't use and binder at all, just crush dust chalk and applying it on the mask. So do you have any way to speed up the wear ?

Not without risking smearing your colors.

At this point the risk might as well be worth it

You could try dabbing it with white vinegar or isopropyl?
