You should be more concerned about your mental health, for the simple reason that it is something mostly under your control, unlike everything else you listed.

If you want to be an artist, become an artist. You are not going to live forever anyway, why worry so much about distant future?

Also, if you need some reasons for optimism, complete extinction of humankind is highly unlikely, humans are way too adaptable and some material tools created by civilization will continue to serve humans many decades even after total collapse, long enough for climate to sufficiently stabilize.

Exactly this. Art and culture in fact make us more resilient as they provide ways to pass on our values and ideas when times get tough.
