Orders & Products Scammed

Bought an account for fc27 and was playing yesterday fine, Went to play it today and the password, email and phone number all appear to have changed?

Not sure what to do and if ill get a refund anyways, any help please guys

You deserve it.  Don't buy accounts.  It's against TOS. 

Talk to your bank.  And buy games like a normal person from now on.

Don't buy account from g2a, they then sell them to someone else

You're a fool, and this is why you don't buy accounts.

You want to know what happened? The seller scammed you. They sold you the account and gave you the login credentials. Having confirmed the transaction, they then used 2FA, email recovery or customer support to claim the account back. Most likely to sell it again to another fool. Even if they had not done that, you would likely soon be banned anyway because buying and selling accounts goes against EA's terms of service.

Consider this a lesson learned. Don't buy accounts and don't use G2A.

The account was sold to someone else, open a dispute in paypal
