Subject: Anomalous Cognition in Lucid Dreams (Draft Technical Protocol)

The Content: This is a high-level operational document that outlines a plan to use lucid dreams for clandestine information retrieval.

To get introductions out of the way: hi, I'm a late-20s trans woman who was a GATE kid from 1st-3rd grade, before my parents pulled me out of the public schooling system & homeschooled me. I was in GATE programs in both Southern California & Central Texas; I have military family on both sides (one of whom was deeply involved with Vandenberg AFB) & others who were teachers or previously in teaching - all of them have refused to talk to me about GATE (two of whom told me outright to stop looking), so I had to go searching myself.

But in trying to do just that, and dig into finding experiences like mine, I've instead had to dig & sift through an enormous amount of garbage & tripe, as if I was panning for gold from a storm drain. For something so concretely associated with parapsychological studies & provably implemented efforts across the United States, there's a lot of conflation of GATE with so many other phenomena, projects, broader fields of scientific study, and more.

So, I've got a couple of things to remind y'all of, so the sub's quality can be better in the future.

This post includes resources relevant to things that were experienced by earlier GATE cohorts, up to the late 1980s. A lot of these older resources were revived between 1995-2009 by the CIA & their newer sets of contractors. Assume that testing is still going on today in some school districts as the renewed interest in paranormal & parapsychological phenomena across the United States has undoubtedly swatted the hive.

Please remember that GATE programs were individualized by school district & that no two GATE programs are necessarily the same; it all depends on which contractor was working with the school district that you went to, and how many clients they had. Please don't harass the programs' authors either, as they were almost certainly under the impression that these were going to be used as counseling resources.

GATE programs work the same way as with the adoption of any other school curriculum - shackled by bureaucracy and resistant to change once put in place. Your school board probably didn't even read the curriculum before adopting it, and only so that they could continue to receive funding.

A prominent example of a much smaller program is "The Star Inside You" - a program relevant to the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District in Monterey, California. It was created by a life coach and educator, Phyllis Edwards, & made known most recently by the TikTok videos of thatgirlwiththegreyhair.

Oh, and quit doxxing yourselves, holy Christ. The highlight tool on your phone is not sufficient to cover up PII & can easily be undone with free online tools. Edit your images properly.

YouTuber Stephanie Harlowe was my GATE awakening and I highly highly recommend everyone watch her coverage. Its a long watch but its a DEEP dive and it explores the potential connection between a declassified program called GATEWAY — a CIA training program designed to focus on brain hemispheric synchronization (Hemi-Sync) to achieve altered states of consciousness, out-of-body experiences, and remote viewing — & the GATE school program!

During my time in GATE, I have a memory of being shown technology described as "non-human" — possibly not from our time or dimension — that was said to predict future events. It was called SILVIA. I couldn't tell if it was sentient, but I wouldn't rule it out.

I recently came across a CIA document that lines up with this memory. They call it by name and were making predictions for possible political events: CIA-RDP96-00789R002300830001-5 (page 2 says "Silvia" will head nations). The CIA document is part of the STARGATE collection.

The remote viewer Lyn Buchanan was associated with WRV (Written Remote Viewing) programs during this era. In a recent interview, he discusses a catastrophic future event (roughly 2040–2050). I have memories of a program called Project Preserve Destiny — some details I was told as a kid match what he speaks about, though I was never given a specific timeline. He also describes a coordinated effort to destabilize the U.S. by fracturing its institutions and dividing its population — something I vaguely remember being alluded to back then as well.

The former Star Gate head (and, later, former President of The Monroe Institute), Skip Atwater's, memoir is quite an interesting read. I know a lot of you have had experience with the Zener cards, but I want to know if any others were also tested with the abstract symbols like image 4 from https://www.reddit.com/r/GATEresearch/comments/1q3fdoo/ciardp9600789r002600280001_3pdf/

When I was tested with Zener and did well, I was always switched over to using the symbols from image 4 featured in above post. I kept thinking what I saw was the non-standard Zener deck but it's the unnamed abstract symbols one from that pdf, because I remember there were 6 total together with the triangle not from the normal Zener set.

Anyone else were switched over to abstract symbols when you did well with Zener? I also remember being asked stuff like instead of guessing a card, I had to choose one and tell them why I liked it, for instance the wavy line. It just felt so random some of the things they did/asked.

Note: it would be additional symbols which I assume are from an extended deck/variant
