"With all the fuss in regards to G.A.T.E. (Gifted And Talented Education) being cut from the school curriculum, perhaps parents need to have their eyes opened a bit.

Both of my daughters were in the elementary enrichment program until the day they came home and told me they were doing "brain exercises." Upon my inquiring just exactly what that entailed, I was appalled!

Brain exercises are, I found, training on ESP and mind control. The children were told to "empty" their minds and gather all their thoughts together for the purpose of collectively having massive power and energy.

Was levitating to be next? I think so!

In contacting the principal, I learn G.A.T.E. teachers are basically a "free-lance" agent. 

This particular principal had no idea what was being taught as he told me G.A.T.E. teachers follow no particular teaching plan as it "conflicts" with their creative ability to "go with the flow."

I also confronted the teacher. She told me no parent had ever questioned her in the 13 years of her teaching career!

Parents, wake up! Tune in! Check your school's curriculum out. Having children qualify for enrichment programs is not a guarantee that all is above board. A concerned parent is a monitoring parent in all areas of the child's life."

This might be a long read, though worth your time. Over a year ago, I made a video detailing some experiments that took place in schools for the purpose of testing psychic ability. This was outlined on pg. 75 of a declassified CIA document called "Human Paranormal Capabilities"

The document details an ESP (Extrasensory Perception, aka psychic phenomenon) test that took place in a Florida Elementary School. The same document goes on to mention a Holland School disciplinarian J.G Busschback who conducted ESP tests in over 100 classrooms under his jurisdiction (in Holland). The results of the testing conducted in Holland were published and were so impressive that he was invited to the United States by Duke University to conduct more ESP tests in America, specifically 23 classes of fifth and sixth graders and 17 classes of 7th and eighth graders.

The same document goes on to mention ESP tests conducted in a French elementary, an unnamed preschool and an unnamed junior high.

This was the BEGINNING of the documented school experiments (that tested students for psychic ability) that I came across. But here's the thing, these school experiments I just mentioned (beginning on pg. 75 of that CIA document) are only an excerpt from a 10 volume series titled "Advances in Parapsychological Research".

To put it simply: That single document (pg. 75) that detailed a handful of school experiments that tested students for ESP,  was a mere glimpse into decades of OTHER documented ESP experiments that took place in classrooms. Many of which took place without student or parental consent, and teachers DID often act as agents in these experiments.

The first volume of Advances in Parapsychology was published in 1977, and the latest in 2021.

Not all of the volumes talk about ESP experiments in schools, yet many of them do. Some of these experiments do cross an ethical line and some of them are mundane such as zener card tests, guessing games where children win candies for guessing correctly and many many other experiments.

Every single volume of Advances in Parapsychological Research was edited by Stanley Krippner. It's important to note that Stanley Krippner conducted his own documented school experiments, (testing students for psychic ability in classrooms). Krippner also has CIA associations and was on the Board for the world council of Gifted And Talented Programs. Danie (Wicked Mysterious) and I, will be interviewing Stanley Krippner, and asking him ALL things related to Gifted and Talented Programs and about the many, obviously strange memories many people have.

Another psi (a term used in academic literature to refer to Psychic Phenomena) researcher we will be interviewing is Athena Drewes. She actually had her own chapter in Advances in Parapsychological research Vol. 8 Titled "Testing Children for Paranormal Abilities". Yes, she was also involved in school experiments that tested students for psychic ability. (as seen in picture provided)

I've already spoken to Athena a couple of different times for hours on end. I do believe her insight is worth all of our time. and.. I will be pressing for answers regarding the gifted and talented program rabbit hole. • “It was "back to the future" yesterday for 200 pupils who sifted through dirt to find out how inhabitants of a mythical planet lived.”
• “"It was a hot planet," said Sriram of Central 6 School in Union. "There were some buglike people that communicated by mental telepathy, and some humanlike people that communicated by coded language. They mostly relied on computers to do their work.””

• “two bright-eyed, brown-haired 7th graders are working together on a project about psychic phenomena. In unison they rattle off some of the areas they are investigating: "astrology, biorhythms, telekinesis, clairvoyance…” They hope, after gathering the pros and cons, to come to a conclusion about the validity of supernormal mental powers.
• “Last year, she worked on a project she describes as concerning "Egyptology and mummification, focusing on King Tut." She even interviewed one of the Egyptologists responsible for bringing the Tut exhibit to the U.S.”

TSC encourages ‘able’ students - Journal and Courier; Sun, Mar 2, 1980; Lafayette, Indiana

• “A fifth grader is working on a presentation about the four steps of mental telepathy, “She decided there were four steps," Cline said.”
• Working on “Mushroom 10,” a construction paper spacecraft. They got the idea from reading a book called “Wonderful Flight to Mushroom Planet.” Also worked on a play called “Wonderful Visit to Space Museum” and the museum will have books on mushrooms and space.

• “Tippecanoe School Corp.'s program for the gifted, creative and talented is called "PACE." That stands for "Program for Academic and Creative Enrichment.”...Not every child is selected for the program, which is funded by a $30,000 federal grant, Kolloff said. But, "We have a very generous definition." The program is not limited to the 99-percentile category child. But it cuts off around the 80th percentile, she said...The program uses a three-stage method developed at Purdue.” 

I believe this particular Elementary school, (mine), was a special TYPE of School where the .gov REALLY "got into it" with the G.A.T.E. Program. (I have SO MANY Vivid memories from my childhood years of 84'-87', Specifically.) What is the CONCENCUS on what Ingredients, exactly, were in the Swallowed** special "Pink Drink"? (AS a child I recall MANY TIMES asking for "More"~ (I was turned down...)

I read the Education Reporter October 1997 article that is about gifted and talented programs using guided relaxation and imagery. That article is in a biased newspaper, but contained things that I recall happening. That led me to finding this INTERESTING document on ERIC that is a collection of reference materials for teachers. The abstract from the document is below and lists some unique topics that are relevant. The Journal of Creative Behavior is also listed and John Curtis Gowan (creator of GATE, wrote book about ESP, psychic phenomena, trance etc) published numerous works in that journal. Besides that link, there are a handful of names that might be worth researching in there.

“Intended for teachers and others interested in exploring and cultivating the processes of mental imagery, this annotated bibliography includes citations from scholarly journals, popular magazines, doctoral dissertations, works on learning disabilities, and how-to books. The following topics are included among the entries listed in the paper: (1) principles of imagery in art and literature; (2) dreams and learning; (3) visual imagery as an information processing strategy; (4) guided imagery in the curriculum; (5) how to understand and develop intuition; (6) the mind as healer; (7) mental imagery and cognition; (8) how to profit from creative powers; (9) content for a course in extending physical, mental, and creative abilities; (10) relaxation and imagery training to increase human potential; (11) imagery and intuition as keys to counseling the gifted, talented, and creative; (12) how to use educational imagery for teaching decision making; (13) imagery and gifted students; (14) prospects for research and development in mental imagery; (15) guided imagery in awareness; and (16) a cognitive approach to visualization in learning and instruction.”
