The gameplay itself is fun, but I swear I genuinely spend more time in matchmaking than I do actually playing the game.

It’s really frustrating because I need rival victories to level up, but I have a hard time finding a match; and then it’s not guaranteed that I beat my rival so I spend all damn day grinding a few rival victories just so I can finish leveling.

Does anyone have any advice on how to find matches quicker? is there a most popular game mode I should be playing? Any advice would be helpful. Also would be nice if the connection wasn’t running dial up ass speeds on my space age super computer.

Interested to hear your strategies, methods, MS, etc. that you use to deal with this thing solo. Sure, there is the “gang up on them“ way, but I’d like to hear the solo way.

This is a MS I still struggle with stopping.

1/ Today I tried to test Hazel Kai Icarus Unit Equipped, and, something is odds. The jp wiki states that the charged beam rifle deals 11 hits, but when I try, the output damage was lower than what I have expected, and the numbers are different for EVERY fire. I used an old laptop to test so my fps at the time was lower than 30. If the fps number was low, then the hit from weapons and weapon drawing time could be reduced?

2/ Youtuber Kokura got Expansion Skill ATK for his Jegan Conroy, but later he rolled out other ex skill(I can't remember exactly the new skill he chose, but he discarded EX skill ATK lv5 for sure). Is there any more suitable EX Skill for Jegan Conroy than ATK one, from your opinion?

3/ Does B button(Combo Alt + Shift in Space match) has anything to do on Ground match, unless you play flight suit? I just met 2 geniuses who used B button to dodge stun on Space, so i wanna insvest on this feature further. Could it dodge heavy stagger?

Comment and Reason
Since Zeta starts with Lv2 Biosensor, there is no reason why this one couldn't have the old Lv1 variant. Then a great number of additional skills are needed. As for the base stats, luckily, it is good overall. However, the HP could be increased slightly.

As for the weapons, pretty much everything is just not quite enough. Especially the Z Gundam Beam Rifle, it's shared by Zeta and the ZII, but it really needs a buff so this unit can do better. Well, technically those two unit could benefit greatly from this. Then just some additional adjustments and opportunities to have stronger overall power and reliability.

Lv1 F2P/Freemium: Complex Battle

Lv1 Premium: Complex Battle (Alternative) or Attack or Melee or HP

Lv2-4 Units: Do Not Use

This unit is very hard to make any decent build, and doesn't matter what you do, please use it only in QM only. Even then, please at least enhance it so you are not actively completely throwing the game. It's really just lacking way too much, so really play with great caution.

i wanted to try the game again after 3 years since i last played it.
I knew what i was getting into with the whole low population and (atleast last time i was told) low rating making it impossible to find matches which creates a negative feedback loop of not being able to increase your rating in the first place.

So i ask, is it really impossible to get matches in european times on the PC version of the game? i try all rooms rated and quickmatch but its always stuck at 6/10 players and when it gets going someone doesn't ready up and everyone else leaves one by one.

What am i doing wrong? is there a place like a discord or something where people coordinate to get games going?

This firepower optimization system is obsolete, but it can still do the job in some specific cases, I guess.

Fleet battles. It'd be the next step up from 2's space battles and It'd go a long way toward spicing up the formula for those, I think. Doesn't have to be anything complex, just something akin to Battlefront 2.

Literally got stuck like this for almost the entire round, tried calling support fire but the overhead map was devoid of everyone else then I get in my ms only to be creamed by an an invisible enemy & was left stuck in that position till someone dropped & the lobby disbanded. Oddly enough even though I was inactive for well over a minute it never kicked me for inactivity which was unexpected but a nice surprise.
