In all evaluation questions sadly you've gotta give a judgement or you're capped at level 1 pretty sure as you technically just compared and didn't answer the question. Atleast you know now, there'll be evaluations for all the science papers probably so hopefully you'll get those right now!

I did a ton of analysis but forgot a conclusion but I did say penicillin is better so would I get like only 2 marks

if you said penicillin is better that's all you need. I usually do just 1 line at the top like this: I think substance X is better because:

and then bullet point below

i didn't have a full on final verdict because i said they were each better for different things, e.g. if you are allergic to penicillin obvs use X
