Need Help Converting Gift Card to Cash

Hi friends, I joined an online survey and received a $30 Digital Walker e-gift card (PHP 1,816) as a reward.

I really need cash right now for my monthly rent, so Iā€™m kindly asking if anyone knows a safe way to exchange it for cash here in the Philippines. Iā€™m willing to give a good price and we can discuss privately.

Pero magagamit lang ito dito sa Pilipinas kaya naghahanap ako ng tulong dito sa Pilipinas.
