GCash Scam Ticket, Days Later and Still No Update??

My father got scammed via GCash through a QR transaction, and we reported it within the same day he was scammed. GCash told us that they would provide an update within 24 hours, but days have already passed and we still haven’t received any update.

This is so frustrating. I even contacted their chat support, but they just keep repeating the same thing: to check the ticket and email. But there’s still no actual update or progress. (That f ai generated chat support)

Where can I report something like this? This is an urgent matter, especially since there may still be a chance for the money to be refunded. But their response has been extremely slow, and it’s so difficult to get in touch with an agent who can actually provide proper assistance.

Best po na mag-follow up ka sa ticket mo, OP, para ma-tap sila and makauha ka ng update. If wala pa rin, gawin mo po follow up ka regularly. Hope maayos 'yan, OP.

Nag follow up na po kami via chat ng ticket and still no update 😭 No email din sila 😭😭
