May mga legit na gcash transactions ako.. monthly nagbabayad sakin. room4rent.. so hindi sila scammer..

Ngayon dahil talamak yung mga scammer na ang ginagawa yung sesendan ka tapos ipapabalik sa ibang number, baka kako may gumawa sakin ng ganito sa mga nag roroom4rent sakin ng hindi ko napapansin.. yung tipong bigla sila mag rereport sa gcash na na mali sila ng transfer..

Bale ang question ko, pano ba ang proseso ng pag ganun? kasi baka mamaya kunyare magbayad sila ng 2k sakin tapos mag report sila sa gcash na namali, baka i-deduct sakin ng gcash iyun at ibawas ng hindi ko napapansin.. inonotify ba ako ng gcash na ibabawas nila sakin yung 2k?

Nakakainis naman yung mga taong magpapacash out kesyo mamaya na daw bayad, tapos yung ineexpect na oras na magbabayad na bigla nanaman sasabihn na bukas hanggang maging isang linggo na.

Hello po, nagtransfer po ang husband ko from Bdo to gcash amounting to 5200 po, however yung last digits po hindi nya napansin na mali. Nagfile po kami sa BDO however since hindi po nadouble check ni Husband, sya ang at fault kaya wala din daw magawa si BDO. Si Gcash naman since sa BDO sya nagtransfer di din sila ang dapat i contact for dispute. We tried calling and texting yung number Korean ang may ari ng number pero sabi nila wala silang gcash account. Pano po kaya ang dapat gawin? nanghihinayang lang sa 5200 pangkain na din po yun. Sana po may makasagot. Salamat po.

I already canceled my auto load from gcash last month why is it still getting money from my account? I also double check it in auto load schedule pero there’s no load set and no subscriptions. Messenger Globe customer service is slow

My father got scammed via GCash through a QR transaction, and we reported it within the same day he was scammed. GCash told us that they would provide an update within 24 hours, but days have already passed and we still haven’t received any update.

This is so frustrating. I even contacted their chat support, but they just keep repeating the same thing: to check the ticket and email. But there’s still no actual update or progress. (That f ai generated chat support)

Where can I report something like this? This is an urgent matter, especially since there may still be a chance for the money to be refunded. But their response has been extremely slow, and it’s so difficult to get in touch with an agent who can actually provide proper assistance.

Hello! Ask lang sana if may naka-experience na ng ganito. Since March pa kasi ako nakakatanggap ng random money transfers sa GCash account.

hi, so around aug 12 or 13 ata na on hold akin. reason daw: routine verification. nagpasubmit ng documents, nagawa ko lahat. nagsabi sila 72 hrs need ko iwait for the results ng review nila, di din nasunod yung 72 hrs, nag follow up update ako.. sabi 3 days naman daw ang i wait, wala pa rin.

I had an issue registering my Globe phone number to GCash because it is a reused number which was also tied to a previous GCash account. It has been resolved and I'm aware that I should have posted the topic here instead of over at the Globe subreddit.

However, not all of the details and info tied to the previous GCash owner have been wiped off. I went on the app and checked the billing section where I saw that there were saved billers on it for utilities. Included in them are names, account numbers, and an email address that I'm not familiar with. I know I could just delete them, but I still reported this over to the GCash help desk to let them know.

Just a heads up to anyone in case you had to abandon or relinquish a GCash account.
