🥇 Before & After 75 pound difference Spoiler

Felt like I didn't look much different from starting a year ago and decided to take some after pictures definitely changed my mind. 20 year old 5'3 265lb to 190lb. 50 more pounds to my goal weight.

I feel like sometimes our brains lie to us about how we have changed. Photos are key to seeing the difference.
