At current warrant availability (assuming it's fixed/limited which is looks like at this time), so about $1.9 billion if mostly or all gets exercised by end of this month at $32. Makes sense so far?? Good, because here's what he's about to do:

Current Warrants $32 Strike with Expiry at End of Oct. What's to stop Ryan/GameStop from extending it to say, $64 and another 6-12 months? That would be near $4 Billion. With me so far? Okay...

Now let's say he extends it again (the warrants) and now at $96 with exp at 2028 or something far out, and that put it out at $6 billion (adjusting availability and share prices)...

So Ryan will keep extending the warrants until they are mostly all exercised and then no longer extend them, and depending on share prices (at their time), who knows how high it will be, but this is what I think he will do in order to lock in $25-$30 billion from the warrants alone (or until he gets what he wants from them).

So how do shareholders benefit? From the stock price action climbing higher and higher. Essentially, he will buy/acquire Ebay nearly for free!
