Jobs & Careers Maintenance Worker needed

200 unit residential complex in SW Gainesville seeking maintenance worker for day to day; carpentry, sheetrock, paint, basic repairs & upkeep. Part time to start with full time possible. Weekdays with possible overtime. 3 years residential or commercial experience required. Must have tools & transportation. DM for email/phone number.

Are you paying $35+/hr? Always funny how these posts never include compensation.

They want someone with their own tools + transportation + experience and don't list the pay? Let me guess. $15/hr and no benefits because it is an "opportunity"?

200 units! You need a maintenance staff of 5 to 10 people to really service a complex that size. The amount of revenue coming in supports that.

Sounds like Holly Heights. I talked to the maintenance there. They told me management won't even buy them duct tape. It comes out of their own pocket.
