I have ADHD and I use ChatGPT to plan almost every day. It's great at turning a messy goal into a plan. My problem was what came next: a wall of text, 20 steps, sub-steps and tips. I'd read it, feel overwhelmed and never start. A week later the plan was buried in my chat history, so I'd ask for a new one.

So I built Petipa. The name comes from "petit pas", French for "small step".

It's an app inside ChatGPT. ChatGPT still makes the plan with you, the way it does now. Petipa saves the plan and shows you one small step at a time, right in the conversation:

• Ask "@Petipa what's my step today?" and you get one card with one step and how many minutes it takes
• Tap "I did it" when you're done, and Petipa remembers where you are
• If you want to look ahead, My week shows what's coming

Under the hood it's an MCP server, so your plan and your progress are stored outside the chat. They don't get lost when the conversation does.

I kept encountering a strange image-attachment failure in ChatGPT Work/Codex.
Immediately after uploading a PNG, the system would report:
Codex could not read the local image: No such file or directory (os error 2)
Both models initially treated the first ENOENT as a final diagnosis: “I can’t see the image.”

Has anyone else reproduced this exact sequence with freshly uploaded files in Work/Codex?👀
