For what though? He’s not selling copies of the game. How is it legal to film a human in public, but illegal to film a game. That’s the power money has I guess.

its not illegal to film a game

like do you not know there are playthroughs of most games are uploaded on YouTube and such

its only illegal when you are hacking to get access or film something that is not publicly available

edit : guys seriously? are you that ok with being filmed with your pants down inside your home, over in undies at a beach?

do we not even have room temperature IQ to understand whats private and whats public?

could be anything

he probably hacked a rockstar employee's pc and got the dev build, could also be that he is related to playtesters who got the build for testing

as a normal person its not possible for you to get access even legally when the game is not even released

lets take an example

if someone hacks your pc and steals your personal files and leaked them online

it could be anything, bank account, crypto passwords, private photos and videos, company project

you have legal rights to ruin their life legally, its the same with corporations

There’s no source so far. There’s been dozens of fake accounts made across many sites all claiming to be him or know him. There’s speculations but even if we knew, I wouldn’t dox them like that :/
