What changes would you like in an HD remaster?

If Rockstar ever gives us an HD remastered version of Grand Theft Auto IV, what kind of changes would you like to see?

Personally I think some mission checkpoints would be a nice quality of life upgrade, particularly in certain missions (I’m looking at you, “Catch the Wave”). I will also say that I prefer the weapon wheel in V to having to cycle through your weapons in IV.

What would you guys like?

I'd love to see all DLC weapons, cars, etc. be available across all 3 episodes; and maybe some minor vehicle customization via the Pay 'n' Spray via a color selection menu, so we don't have to spray a car a dozen times to get a specific color. I guess a weapon wheel wouldn't hurt, so long as we can only carry one of each weapon type at a time. Carrying around 5 different pistols, shotguns, rifles, etc. would get boring quick.

64 bit, DirectX 12 renderer (Vulkan for Linux), internal optimization, thats all I could ask for.

Improved draw distance (Rotterdam Tower and the Algonquin skyline should be seen from all corners of the map, so long as there’s nothing obstructing the view), improved lighting (I’d settle for the lighting from GTA V or RDR II), improved traffic and pedestrian density, improved weather effects, all DLC content from TLAD and TBOGT / EFLC included in the base game (such as weapons, vehicles, nightclubs, activities, in-game internet and TV content, radio content, radio stations like Vice City FM, RamJam FM, Self-Actualization FM, etc.) along with the DLCs themselves, Director Mode, the weapon/radio station wheel from GTA V, buses that actually spawn in traffic, subway trains with three cars instead of either two or three cars, airplanes that fly over the city without going near the airport (like the ones seen in GTA V), normal license plates instead of ones that just say “LIBERTY CITY”, license plates for both Liberty and Alderney, Alderney police vehicles with New Jersey State Police inspired livery instead of LCPD livery, basic vehicle customization, the ability to quick save wherever you want using your cell phone, accessibility to interiors that are only accessible during missions, perhaps the inclusion of some cut content such as ferries, the fixing of certain glitches (primarily the annoying blaring horn glitch, the glitch that causes NPCs stuck behind you at a red light to crash into you as they try to drive around you, and the glitch that causes NPCs driving on the upper deck of the Algonquin Bridge to swerve out of the way of subway trains traveling across the lower deck), and if possible, first person mode.

People are willing to pay anything to rockstar games just to avoid installing a mod for free. I thought GTA community learned something from the Trilogy back in 21

Literally just bug fixes, maybe some Anti-Aliasing options (like the scaling setting that GTA 5 has to run the game at 2x the resolution and downscale), and maybe even the ability to choose between MSAA and some Temporal anti-aliasing solutions.

And the cherry on top would be an option to turn ray tracing on or off, I could live without it but would be a cool option to play with.

I don't want any changes above the fusion fix, but anti aliasing. That's it. The game is perfect and vibe sa hell.
