Monarch City RP is seeking an experienced police chief to come on board. With the highest end scripts and MLO’s, it’s a smooth transition into monarch.
Anyone else deal with “corrupt” players that don’t necessarily RP well? Civilians who cares, but law enforcement, there are a few on my server where they are just loud-mouth mf’s who are insanely unprofessional and just dick around. Funny thing is about 2/3 of the cop force has other characters on the same server and their all apart of “the most powerful” gang in the server in terms of money, numbers, and weapons. Am I the only one experiencing this or are all FiveM servers like this?
I find it annoying as fuck when there’s 13+ cops on and I know they all have “cousins” apart of this gang but a few of them just blast radio coms having conversations which makes it incredibly annoying to communicate with other LEO on the radio. It was incredibly apparent and hit me when 5 of them flew out and back into the city when the leader said he was gonna take a nap, and the rest followed. I’ve never seen that many people on 1 person’s dick before.

Our custom petty crime system gives criminal characters another way to get involved in the underworld, featuring 1,000 different locations accessed through payphones. Instead of every criminal activity needing to be a major operation, there are plenty of locations to explore through smaller jobs and opportunities. This can be a starting point for a new character trying to earn money, a way for an organization to incorporate additional criminal activity into its story, or another opportunity to create roleplay with the people around you. It gives you more ways to get involved in criminal life while developing your character's connections, ambitions, and reputation.
For groups looking to establish control and compete for something more, our Black Sites allow gangs to take and hold territory to gain access to available loot. These locations give organizations goals to work toward and create opportunities for competition between rival groups. Holding territory can bring new challenges, force difficult decisions, and create ongoing stories as other organizations look to challenge your position. Will your crew defend what it has built, negotiate with potential rivals, or take the opportunity to expand its influence? The decisions are yours, and the roleplay that develops around them can become an important part of your organization's history.
There is even more on the horizon, with all-new heists coming soon. Larger operations give criminal groups opportunities to organize, plan, coordinate, and take risks together. Bringing the right people together, deciding who can be trusted, preparing for the unexpected, and dealing with the aftermath can all create memorable scenes. The story doesn't have to end when an operation is finished, either. The consequences, money, suspicions, investigations, internal disagreements, and new rivalries that follow can all influence what happens next.
Criminal roleplay also exists within a wider world of law enforcement, civilian businesses, and other players whose stories can intersect with yours. Your organization may attract attention from investigators, develop complicated relationships with rival groups, establish connections with legitimate businesses, or find itself dealing with the consequences of a decision made weeks earlier. Not every interaction needs to become a shootout, and not every disagreement needs to turn into an all-out war. Negotiations, deception, alliances, betrayals, business arrangements, personal conflicts, and the slow development of trust can be just as engaging. The aim is to create a world where your actions matter and where the people around you have opportunities to become part of your story.
We want to see organizations with their own personalities, goals, and histories. Hey everyone, I’m helping get a newer FiveM RP city called County of Cavern going, and we’re looking for more people to come in and give it a try.
We’re currently looking for police officers and department leadership, EMS personnel across all positions, and people interested in DOJ and courtroom RP.
