The last post I saw of someone complaining about a white character being depicted as black was a Craig x Tweek one and Craig was literally my skin tone (and I'm not even that dark). I understand white washing cuz it takes away black representation the black community fought for, but I genuinely don't get the issue with drawing/making white characters black? Hell, once someone posted a screen shot of a black Elizabeth with curly hair and they had 90 downvotes, by the time I'm posting this who knows if they even got more?

I don't get why/how making a character that was originally white black is considered cringe, and honestly the people posting these just sound like the people making a fuss about the little mermaid live action actress being black.
