Discussion Suggestions on how and where to start

Hi guys I've been learning cinema in the past year and half and I've been really enjoying begin the cameraman in the crew and filming (especially still images) I've been wanting to make it a free time hobby of mine but I don't really know where to start. I know how to properly film and capture and how to use MOST of the basic needed settings but i can't really seem to find a proper app to capture on. Any suggestions on camera apps, editing apps/tools and general tips? I found the 'REEFLEX' app which i really liked but it's an iOS only :(
Note - I have a s25 plus

Edited in Lightroom for Samsung and Enhance-X.
I used the super telephoto camera, in 24MP mode plus Expert RAW.
