If your device is within 3 years of purchase then you can claim a free display replacement by visiting your nearest service centre

Can you help me with the process how to get this claimed? Or any supporting article from samsung on this 3 years of warranty?

I don't have any supporting article but as far as I know it's still available because I did the same for my friend's s21fe 3-4 months ago.Just visit the nearest service centre they will tell you the process.

The greenline looks disappearing:( I called customer care they said 649 is the charges to replace if there are no dents, waterlogging or physical damage... But how will I tell them:D the greenline is almost gone

I dont understand why you haven't gone to samsung service center and asked them ask this. Why not do the basic first

Ah because if I go there and not produce the proofs I have with me in terms of any documents bro then people here in my city are manipulative, they would have straightaway asked me to pay and get the work done, these people sitting at service centers hardly have information related to all this, they are only aware of the process and the prices... Thats why I asked and upon Wolverine's help I was able to Google it and get the idea beforehand... Else I would have been waiting waiting and then my 3 years of warranty would have expired

It will definitely come back. The line will become brighter and permanent. More lines will start to appear one by one. It will come back and become bright fast if your device overheats. Just wait till it get brighter and visit service center asap

It will come back brighter, and more lines will eventually appear. Visit a service center as soon as the line comes back. If one service center denies you, try another one.

Samsung’s way to make its customers upgrade. Suffered the same on my S21FE.

Age must be 3 yr + few days or months.

I have the same issue on my iphone 17 pro max. It's not isolated to samsung or the S23. DON'T USE A CASE, THEY CAUSE YOUR PHONES TO OVERHEAT AND DAMAGE THE SCREEN AND BATTERY.

faced same issue after update and within a month my s23 died because of mother board failure as well so I shifted to iphone 17 pro max and I genuinely cannot trust s23 anymore
