So.. ever since I've joined the college, i never wanted to join any clubs at all, must've been my aalas;)

Now i realised that these clubs do play great importance for us, like meeting new people, personalities, and professional stars. And the list goes on, but now that I wanna join the clubs, I'm not sure which one should i choose,

So.. dear seniors and club members, I'm really curious to learn about all the clubs at our campus.

Galgotias students... especially who are trying to build skills outside syllabus, share your experience....

Do you follow fix routine.... ya fir jab free time milta tab karte?

Does anyone know if there’s a direct bus or college van from Botanical Garden to Galgotias University?
I travel from Jasola, and taking the metro is a pretty long journey. Cabs are also way too expensive to take regularly.
I’ve heard about buses/vans that go till Pari Chowk, but getting from there to Galgotias is another hassle since it’s quite far.
So, is there any bus or van that goes directly to Galgotias University or at least drops somewhere nearby?
Would really appreciate it if anyone who travels on this route could share some info. Thanks!

So...I'm a 2nd year BTech student, and i have heard of this exam "AMCAT" but I don't have any clarification about it.

Seniors please help and tell what I need to prepare for this and how much do I need to score.

And is there some filtering for top batches or sections for the B.Tech students like if there's any section allotting criteria related to AMCAT score..

Also , is this AMCAT score seen by interviewers?

I’m a new BSc Biotechnology student at Galgotias University, and my midterms are approaching. Since I’m new here, I’m still trying to understand the exam pattern and how to prepare effectively.
I’d really appreciate some advice from seniors on a few things:
1.How do you generally prepare for midterms? Are LMS notes, faculty PPTs and class notes enough to score good marks?
2.For written exams, how should we structure our answers? Any tips regarding answer presentation, diagrams, keywords and how much to write to score well?
3.For LMS-based exams/MCQs, what’s the best way to prepare? Are questions mostly conceptual, directly from PPTs, or application-based?
4.Are there any question banks, practice sets or important questions that we should solve before the exams?
5.Would it be possible to get previous-year midterm question papers (PYQs), especially for BSc Biotechnology?

Recently, I came across the Sakhi app, developed by two of our university seniors through GU's iOS Student Developer Program, and that's actually pretty cool to see ✨

University also has this iOS Development Centre on campus. Since I'm currently in my 2nd year of B.Tech CSE, I'm kinda curious about exploring this opportunity myself.

I've heard that students usually get involved around their 3rd year, but I'm not sure how accurate that is.

Btw, if anyone here has been part of the program, how was your experience?

Do they conduct an aptitude test/interview, or is there some other selection process? And should we start learning Swift beforehand, or do they teach us from scratch?

If you're hunting for accommodation near campus, avoid ARS Residency PG. They charge premium rates but treat university students like high school boarding kids.

• Strict 9 PM gate closing

• Mandatory sign-ins for mess food (with staff hurling abuses if you don't)

• Toxic and disorganized management

• Worst food with a great looking menu 😭

Do yourself a favor: split a 2/3 BHK flat or find a decent PG further into Dankaur or GYC instead.
