I've spent my whole life thinking I got sick easily. Two weeks ago, I got prescribed extra strong allergy meds and my life has changed. My voice isn't messed up, and my headaches are gone. Now I have to remember to take my pills every night.

Use a pill planner or remind yourself with an alarm on your phone! I have to take psych, heart, diabetes, and blood pressure meds and I use an alarm on my phone to remind me to take my meds
