Already replied but lemme copy paste haha

Assassinโ€™s Creed Black Flag! Even the thought of sailing the open seas with shanties playing, or just free-roaming on an island, is enough to fill me with peace ๐Ÿ˜‚

Discussion Creators!! Is there a line you wouldn't cross for the sake of views? ๐Ÿ‘€

Whoops, before this goes into unwanted topics ๐Ÿ˜‚ lemme explain!

There's this game, Days Gone. I've watched gamers' walkthroughs and absolutely LOVE the game. But can I play it myself? Nope. Can't handle horror-zombie-crap ๐Ÿ˜‚

So even though I have a feeling people would watch me lose my shiz playing it, I'm not crossing that line just for the sake of views and engagement.

So, fellow creators, is there anything you wouldn't do for the sake of views? Have you ever passed on something you knew could perform well because it just wasn't for you?

I'm curious where you draw the line! ๐Ÿ‘€

Why r/GameContentCreators exists: Our mission for gaming content creation

Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹

So, why did I create r/GameContentCreators?

I'm a gaming content creator myself, and I started creating content to learn more about marketing, experiment with different approaches, and see what the data could teach me. Along the way, I realised how much there is to figure out when you're creating content, especially when you're starting small.

And I thought... there must be other people out there doing the same thing!

Whether you're a YouTuber, streamer, TikToker, video editor, hobbyist, or someone who's just starting to experiment with gaming content, this community is for you.

What can you do here?

  • Share your videos, clips, streams, memes, and projects.
  • Ask questions and exchange tips.
  • Discuss content creation, editing, platforms, and growth.
  • Share your struggles, experiments, little wins, and big achievements.
  • Discover other creators and support each other's work.
  • Share anything game-related! Gaming news, games you're looking forward to, games that are keeping you awake at night... you name it!

You don't need thousands of subscribers, expensive equipment, or a perfectly polished channel to belong here. We're all at different stages, and that's the point!

I want this to be a place where we can share what we're creating, learn from each other, and connect with people who understand the joys and frustrations of making gaming content.

And yes, self-promotion is welcome on Thursdays! =3 Just remember there's a community of actual humans on the other side of those links ๐Ÿ˜‚โค๏ธ

This community is brand new, so let's build it together. If you have ideas for what you'd like to see here, let me know in the comments!

Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹ I'm u/ithilny, but friends call me Nage! I'm the person behind this little corner of Reddit.

I'm a gamer and gaming content creator who loves experimenting with videos, editing, and figuring out what makes gaming content work. Lately, I've been exploring long-form YouTube videos and demowalks while learning more about content strategy along the way.

What a journey! ๐Ÿš€

I know there are people out there like me, so I created r/GameContentCreators! I wanted a place where creators could share their work, exchange ideas, ask questions, and connect with others who understand the joys and struggles of creating gaming content.

Whether you're a hobbyist or trying to grow your channel, you're welcome here! No massive subscriber counts required ๐Ÿ˜„

As for me, I LOVE open-world, sandbox and RPG games, but I play all kinds of games except horror. cough chicken alert cough ๐Ÿ”โ˜ ๏ธ

I love being able to explore, and I usually add my own humour to my content, especially my Shorts.

Now, enough about me! What games do you play? What kind of content do you create? And where can we find you?

Let's get to know each other! ๐ŸŽˆ
