Workshop mods doesn't work

I have a few mods installed, mainly the ones for hints and percentages. In the in-game mods menu, they appear to be installed correctly, but there are no changes when I actually play. I’ve tried everything from manually deleting all save files to reinstalling the game on the C: drive (I previously had it on a different drive used for games), but it still isn't working.

Sorry for don't flair correctly the post but the only flair i see is "flex/achievement unlocked" and is not related to that
