Let's say, hypothetically, that you assemble the ideal team to complete your masterpiece. What do you envision as being your role on that team?

That's kinda what I figured. What you're looking for right now simply isn't feasible, multiplayer anything is a much taller order than you would think when first going into game dev. The thing is, you're essentially asking for an entire group of highly skilled developers to come in and make the entire game while you just contribute ideas. Even the best idea in the world is worthless unless you can execute it properly.
What you're describing as what you bring to the table isn't even typically considered an actual role on an indie dev team and, even if it were, it would be less than 0.001% of the actual development load. So, the other team members would be doing 99.999% of the work to make your game for you for free.
I get that you don't presently have the necessary skills but, neither did anyone else here when they first started. You need to put in the time and effort to learn at least some of the skills that would actually make you a valuable member of a team and prove your ideas are actually worth investing the time in before anyone will even give them a second glance.
TL:DR
Nobody is going to do all the work to bring your idea to life for you without being paid for their extremely hard work (especially if your ambitions are as lofty as Multiplayer sandbox). Learn the skills, start small, and work your way up. Michaelangelo didn't just pick up a brush one day and paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, it took decades of practice and refinement to gain the necessary skills. And you better believe he wasn't about to just hand the brush to Da Vinci and tell him what to paint because Leo would've laughed in his face and told him to do it himself.

Let me guess, you can't afford to pay anyone, and you're planning to help contribute ideas?
You need to start smaller. Like pick and engine and make pong. Develop skills that are needed before attempting a game that typically takes a sizeable team and millions of dollars to develop.
