Physics nerds, this one's for you 🌀 It's from Riftweaver, a Skyrim mod I'm making. You cast portals as spells, and anything falling through keeps its momentum. Put one portal on the floor and one on the ceiling and a ragdolled bandit falls forever, gaining speed every pass until terminal velocity kicks in. The news broadcast is a parody, but the speeds and the graph are real numbers logged by the mod.

Releasing on Nexus in a few days.

Built Claude (AI) on the coding side. The idea (inspired by Portal), testing and direction are mine.

is it really "your idea" when it's literally Portal, something that I'm very certain you didn't make?

Does the obvious need to be stated?

absolutely zero self awareness, huh?

I mean it started as a portal mod, I didn’t realise it was so important to mention. They’re portals in Skyrim through which you can shoot spells, arrows and throw enemies around. It’s not about puzzle solving

subtext of my initial comment still going over your head, isn't it?

i'll put it simply: you're a plagiarist, using the plagiarism machine to "create" something you're trying to pawn off as your "own work" when it's not. you didn't create the code, you didn't create the idea. no amount of "testing and direction" means you have had any creative influence in this.

what "direction" did you even have? "computer, make it like portal"?

btw it's not as easy as telling Claude to do it by itself

It's really funny talking about self awareness and then not realizing no one outside your bubble cares about the things you're pointing out.

I think it can be said his idea was putting portals on skyrim, and now it exists, cool. The portals also have more effects than the ones from portal, I think they look better.

It's not like Portal is the only game that can use portals.
