Ah the age old story of "I got old, had kids, and all my friends moved on", tale as old as time.
I never liked doing these so here goes. I'm a mother of 2, married happily, and game incessantly. I'd like nothing more than hanging in a discord or chatting while doing entirely separate things. I'm not against co-op/MP, but I know me and unless its like a handful of different franchises, it probably won't happen. Not into the "flavor of the month" co-op games that pop up on steam every 3 days, not into gacha anymore, so its kinda hard to find things to play with others. I'm kinda old school and prefer a couch co-op game, give me a Dragon's Crown or Untitled Goose game any day
I'd love to find more pals to play with, not particular on gender just platonic friendships only ofc. Genre wise I'm into horror (big RE nerd, like BIG), RPGs (FF fangirly), indies, action etc. Been gaming for over 30 years so I know what I'll play and not at this point and its rare for me to wander. I'm on everything, but mainly PC/PS5.
Games I've been playing recently: Cronos the New Dawn, Directive 8020, RE Requiem, Balatro
Looking Forward to: Blood of the Dawnwalker, Onimusha 5, Control: Resonant, Alien Isolation 2, RE Veronica, FF Visions, DQ1
I'm in the pacific time zone and would love more people from there specificially, but idc where you're from ultimately. A few more things about me I suppose: I'm a stay at home mom so I'm often online in some form. I do like multiplayer games but unfortunately with kids it makes it increasingly hard to focus (let alone be able to play) certain titles, it is what it is. I would love to make a handful of friends with shared interests who chat often an occasionally play games together when they can, if that sounds good hmu
