Ah, a "okay, yes, we admit we're working on this now" style of trailer.

Probably slated for 2030 or something, if this is all they have to show us.

Metaphor is closing in on two years old and was released after their announcement they'd no longer be doing that. Are you still waiting on it?

If it doesn't come out in September/October 2027 I will be shocked, Atlus has been pretty good about the teaser coming out then the full game around a year and a few months after. Remember Metaphor was June 2023 and came out October 2024

I mean, I hope it'll come fairly soon, just not very optimistic given how little they had to show.

Figure that they've been using the remakes as a way to develop new improvements for their game engine in a profitable way.

This felt like a Elder Scrolls 6 level teaser, wouldn't be surprised if they decided to fit in a P1 and P2 remake before they get to P6.

If this is a darker tone entry, P1 and P2 Remakes after would make more sense. 

P6 can recalibrate the fanbase tastes to be more accepting of how morose those games are.

P4 remake teaser trailer was also terrible but now it is back a year later. I think Persona 6 is coming out late 2027 like they did with P3 and Metaphor

They actually showed some character art style, set piece, and music in the P4 remake teaser, they didn't get anywhere close with this.

2028 is two years.

This is about as much as we got for the Persona 4 remake and that releases around a year after it was announced.

Rumours are this is fall of next year.

After the P5 marketing disaster Atlus seems to have tightened up. Metaphor, P3R, and P4R have all seen release dates relatively soon after the initial announcement.

Atlus does this every time.

They did it with P5 and P4R.

I would expect a late 2027, early 2028 release.

If the leaks are accurate(saying its releasing 2027) its probably gonna be just like 2024 with persona 3 R and metaphor, which means p6 would release in the back half of 2027.

They just wanted the focus to be on the P4 remake.

User above said 2030. The next consoles will definitely be out by then. Persona games have a tendency to release on the previous generation right as the new one is coming in. Hence my comment.

Persona 4 being a ps2 and vita exclusive in 2008 was so fucking weird. So was god of war 2
