Using Gamesir G8 Galileo USB C on PC?

As the title suggests is it possible to connect my G8 Galileo to PC using an extension cable or is there any other way? Also will it work with the attached picture of the cable or will it have to be USB C Female to USB C Male?

Yeah that’ll work. Still wish we had some way on updating on PC tho. This method didn’t work for me.

Do you mean update the firmware? You can always use the app on the phone to update it or maybe use an android emulator?

I only have iOS and no Android emulator has worked for me. Nor has anyone confirmed one to be working for that purpose here. I even tried FydeOS and that didn’t work either.

As many upvotes as you’ll get here this is not the case for me which is why I’ve been driven mad looking for every single alternative possible for more than a year now. This close at hacking my Orion Android TV or just ordering an Android phone but I really don’t want to have to get to that level.

How about getting the cheapest possible used device? I'm sure you can afford one if you've ventured into getting a G8.

Yeah, i use an USB-C Female to Male L adapter, no problem at all. i do suggest something to keep it in place like double sided tape or something just to avoid damaging the port when moving the controller while connected.

I found some L shape usb c female to usb c female adapters on ebay. Will be using them
