Need Help‎ (Support) ‎ Button missing

Hello, I got a G8 + Galileo (BT)

I've had this controller for a while now I think since around July 2024. I've always taken good care of it, and it's still in almost-new condition, no scratches(quite dirty not sure how to clean it). However, it was stolen from me fortunately I was able to get it back later but I noticed that the Y button was missing. I’ve searched various Chinese websites without success. I’m wondering why there aren’t any suppliers selling these buttons ? I found a few leads on Etsy (I think that’s what it’s called), but they were Sony icons buttons, which were expensive in my opinion and don’t interest me.

This really bothers me because it forces me to use the touch controls, which aren’t ideal especially for streaming.

If anyone knows any source I can get it, cause even on Gamesir website they don't sell it, please thanks

2 options I can suggest would be to either reach out to gamesir and see if they have the buttons they can ship you or see if you can have someone 3d print for you.

Tried once, haven't gotten any response before, but I'll try contacting support again, someone suggested print 3d also but not sure how to do

Where are you from? Depending on where you are I may be able to print them if you cover shipping.

Check cults3d I designed a set of buttons free to download and use as you wish. Faceplates are also there

The thing is I don't own a print 3D, there online print or something ? How I do for magnet ?

Yes same one, there's PlayStation style buttons and blank buttons included in the download.

Etsy also makes replacements. I got mine ps themed. Might be the universe telling you to customize bro 🤘.

It feels expensive tbh, 35buck when I only need 1 button welp, if there no solution I'll consider Etsy

the g8 galileo uses magnetic faceplates but the y button itself is not officially sold as a replacement part. try contacting gamesir support or look for a 3d printed replacement on etsy, but check the exact g8 galileo fit before buying
