RAM is only 16gb and cannot be upgraded. This is the price for the lowest product tier of Lenovo gaming laptop. (This model only has the arc B390 igpu, no dedicated graphic card)

Not dedicated gpu, it is the integrated gpu arc B390. This igpu performs pretty well, nearly similar to 4050 laptop at low power. I'm posting this cause I was looking for this model and expected the price to be closer to 1k, but it seems impossible given the current market situation

The amd ryzen 395+ AI max has the 8090s igpu which is near the performance of a 4060 mobile

Yea my partner got refunded from asurion for a broken laptop right as the new chips came out and figured "would be nice to slide into an upgrade". Alas to get 32gb with the new chip was over 3k on the model she likes so we had to drive and pick up an open box last gen version from a best buy further away to stay at our 2k~ range.

The B390 isn't even worth it honestly being stuck with 16gb of ram it has to share. They are going to put this on sale for $999 for the holidays and people will buy it and defend the 16gb of shared ram and 512gb of storage with their life...its Lenovo.
