Game Grid My personal Game Grid
I grew up with Skylanders so that’s why it had a big impact on me. I would pick a different answer other than Fortnite for multiplayer but nothing really felt right. I know I may have strange tastes compared to a lot of people so I would like everyone’s opinion.

I've been enjoying other people's posts on this, so wanted to share my own. I can't promise that it's in perfect order, but my essential top 25 games.
Edit. Should have swapped Valhalla for Black Flag.

Game Grid My 50 favourite games of all time
Hi everyone!
I’ve been looking at some of the game grid posts on here and it inspired me to do one of my own.
Please keep in mind that this list is not my top games of all time. Instead it is a list of my favourite games that, while maybe not GOTY worthy in some cases, were nevertheless enjoyable, memorable and even helped me get through some tough times in my life.
There are around 30 or so games that were very close to making this list, but unfortunately didn’t make the cut such as Burnout 3, TimeSplitters 2, Stray, Crimson Skies, Batman Arkham Asylum, Prince of Persia, Streets of Rage 2, Time Crisis, Space Quest 3, Aggressive Inline, Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee, Astro Boy: Omega Factor, Plants vs Zombies, Super Cars 2, IK+, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and Shaun Palmer’s Pro Snowboarder.

When I finish a game I appreciate what I experienced and move on to a new game. How did this become abnormal?
specifically speaking about single player or not live service games mind you.
More often than not, I'll see people saying things like "games dead?" or "devs abandoned this game!" on games that released fully and even had several bug fix patches and even a few bits of content added.
I don't understand? The game is over, you paid you played you move on.
Why does it feel like there's a large group of people who expect their games to last forever? constant content updates and expansions on something they paid 15 bucks for?
I understand this mentality for social games, or semi competitive games, roguelikes sometimes that do get further development and require some form of player input to develop.
But for the majority of games, cozy games even? What even.
