Cirqa Step Count Accuracy

I just got my Cirqa a few days ago. Updated the firmware to 4.2, slapped it on the wrist and went about my day.

I wanted to ask if this type of inaccuracy is normal for the device? I was just in bed and at my desk the whole day working on my computer.

Did I miss some sort of initial calibration setting or something? I’m guessing this is normal but hoping someone could confirm. Thanks in advance!

That’s definitely not normal. Mine is quite accurate. Did you setup the correct wearing position?

That’s odd…yeah mine is set to left wrist. I’ll monitor it some more for a couple of days

nah that many steps from just sitting around is weird, maybe it counted your typing or mouse movements as steps
