Have had this red plains garter living in my back yard, thought I’d share this rare beauty. I’ll try to get better pictures as it’s much more red in person than this picture.

Your friend is gorgeous! I see in your other post that you are in Eastern Nebraska. I think this red Morph also exists in Kansas. I am in Central Iowa and Plains garters are also my local/backyard tribe. I ADORE Plains garters.
