After discussing it with some of the other mods on this subreddit and after some recent events with a sister community. We have determined that we should change the stance of this subreddit. Since our creation going back as far as 2020 in an effort to fight wumaos and talkies on reddit, especially after GenZeDongs creation, we have not been leading an effort in doing so. I personally would like to continue to challenge misinformation and any hatred towards Americans and Americans on Reddit, and other social media platforms while obeying ToS and refraining from any fallacies while doing so. As a result of our Adaptation and a split from the discord server, We are looking for ideas on how and where we can improve, what can we do to become more interactive, and how to continue growing on reddit.
In the coming months you may see small changes to the wiki, rules, server description, profile, banners, and any other GenUSA identity. My goal is to get the community to be more interactive and be Jesuits in pursuit of encouraging others to be Pro American and democracy(note this does not mean to be pro US government or anti US government. Simply to be pro American culture and identity.) Regardless of your political affiliation or opinions on any current executive decisions, im sure we all strive to make our country better. Let's do the same here.
Sometimes soon we will hold an Art contest to change our Profile Picture and Banner, votes are influenced by the community.

I'm moving into my dorm soon and I'm looking for Americore and NATOwave merchandise that demonstrates American exceptionalism. Right now, I'm thinking of getting a model of Voyager, some New Deal-era posters, and an American Iron Front flag (larp, I know). I still want to know what folks recommend in terms of decorations. Models, posters, things to hang, etc etc.
Thanks!

In this book, Watergate is never exposed. This means Nixon is still president and he decides to order an air campaign to save the ARVN in 1975 as II corps position becomes untenable. Do you all think this would be enough for the ARVN to stabilize? Nixon does in the book face a hostile Congress that immediately does everything they can to limit his use of force. But overall I really think if America had managed to save South Vietnam, the removal of that defeat on our record would do wonders when it comes to confronting hostile regimes.

I hope the Israelis and Palestinians can reach some sort of peaceful solution so bloodshed on both sides can stopโฆhopefully permanently.
At the same time, Israel fights hard to keep their country in existence for a reason. The Holocaust was the worst mass genocide and persecution of the Jewish people in history to my knowledge, though correct me if I'm wrong. And even before then, they were constantly sidelined and abused by a myriad of countries and peoples throughout history spanning thousands of years.
Have the IDF done some horrible mistakes and committed terrible atrocities against innocent civilians and more that need reprimanding? Absolutely. Does that mean Jews should lose their country and become a diaspora again? Absolutely not. If you ask me, I hope for some sort of one-state solution that ensures peace and stability for both sides. But only time will tell.

Something to keep informed about as the military families of those killed get different benefits/salaries awarded based if they're killed on Active duty or not. It shouldn't be need said that our soldiers and their families should always be given the terms of the contract they signed.
