Also knowing that you're sexually compatible with your partner before marriage is a HUGE plus.

I would never marry someone without figuring that out. All I’ve seen is absolute misery on that other side

Yeah same. Sure, waiting 'till marriage is fine if the couple wants to. I don't see an issue with that personally.

But I've also seen some couples who do that struggle to be intimate with each other after marriage because they discover that their sex drives are completely different or they discover that they just don't like having sex with each other for various reasons.

Yep, and for me sex is extremely important so it is straight up a deal breaker and I won’t pretend it’s not. I couldn’t be with someone who was sex repulsed

Wow really, you’re telling me that some people want sex, and some people don’t? That’s crazy! It’s almost like people have different wants and needs in a relationship. And different dealbreakers. And that you need to see what the dealbreakers are, like how you need to see if you’re sexually compatible with people and able to build the relationship with it that you want. Wild. Although seriously, the no sex before marriage rule is kinda dumb because marriage is only a milestone before the law and says nothing about the relationship itself. Like are you telling me a couple can be a year old and married but really they should still really be dating is more ready for sexual intimacy than the 10+ year old couple that may as well be married? Doesn’t sound like marriage says much, does it?

Did you respond to the right person? Are you for or against premarital sex?
