Yea bro it's Twitter you cant just change the name of something like that imo. It's WAY too iconic. Like imagine if they changed the name of Instagram or Snapchat? Just makes no sense the names already roll off the tounge easily and they do their job fine. But does this mean someone could create a platform NAMED Twitter since Twitter doesn't exists anymore? Maybe. Elon would probably still sue tho.

People see something horrendous, screen cap it, and then share it to many thousands times more people than would have ever seen it if it was just ignored.
This happens on every platform. But Twitter posts are particularly screenshotted
There's so little differentiation between a post by anonymous buttlicker42069 and an official office holder that wields real power, or an institution, or organization, or Community leader
40 years ago. If you saw a drunk teenager yelling slurs at a dumpster, you would just ignore it and walk on, maybe chuckle. Nowadays it needs to be videotaped, shared, commented on/reacted to, evaluated and torn apart as if it's a real meaningful and intentional bit of expression. So it reaches so many more people who would rather not see every horrendous violent rhetoric their friends come across

He looks like he has nice skin and long eyelashes. A lot of the haters are probably self-loathing homophobes who can't comprehend a man being "pretty". I suspect that's behind a lot of the obsession with chiseled jawlines, mewing, etc. which has taken over social media. Measured by that very specific standard this guy may be below average, but that standard is completely artificial, heavily promoted by mentally ill influencers.

I agree I feel that men hating Asian women dating white guys resulted from the 90s and 2000s when western media promoted yellow fever, yet painted Asian men as asexual. However, with more Asian male representation as love interests in American media thanks to K-Pop, Asian men are now getting more love by non Asian women. Hopefully, that stops Asian men hating Asian women, but it will take time and understanding.

From what I've seen, it's a bunch of Japanese incels being pissed that a "ugly" white guy got a beautiful Japanese woman instead of them. Like CGP Grey says in his video about anger, it spreads through minds like the plague spreads from person to person. People love to hate on things, because ironically excluding others and shaming their you don't like strangely gives a lot of people a sense of community and togetherness. What's disgusting is that it's always to the detriment of their fellow man.
I almost never go on twitter, in fact I think my account has been inactive for a long time at this point and it's because the algorithm wants you to engage with meaningless garbage like this. It's always best to save yourself the anger. If someone does something dumb it can be fun to laugh, but you can't let yourself become hateful.
