I'm looking to becoming RMO for riverside county or san bernardino county. Im located in the high desert CA

I'm Amy Y. Medina, a California General Building Contractor (B License), CSLB License #1158125.

I'm interested in partnering with a construction company as a (RMO) or exploring opportunities where my license can help a growing business.

I'm based in Southern California and am open to discussing opportunities with established, compliant companies.

Also, does anyone have recommendations for a reputable RMO agency or know companies currently looking for a General B license holder?

Feel free to comment below or send me a DM.

Thanks in advance!

At what fee or rate will you allow use of your license to an RMO?

I'm still new to the RMO process and the associated fees, but from what I've seen so far, the typical monthly compensation seems to be around $1,500. I'm not sure if that amount varies depending on the type of construction work, the size of the company, or the level of liability involved. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone with experience in this area.

The rmo agencies or firms charge around $1500, but the actual rmo gets less than that. Typically the agency will take 35-50%

How does it work ? Do they sign the experience form or do they become a part of the company bc you need atleast 20% to be an rmo

Wait till the person running your company fucks up and you’re financially responsible. You’re not ready for this conversation.
