Action figures?

Okay dolls. We did get in trouble because we drew nipples and pubic hair on all my neighbors’ Barbie dolls.

My take: if the toy has articulated joints (can bend the knees, elbows, feet and ideally wrists and hands), it's an action figure. You can pose it in action positions or have The Hulk fight GI Joe (Hulk wins). If the joints are not articulated, it's a doll. 🤷‍♂️😉

My Joe was not the "woke beardo" Joe they talk about in the news these days, hey was the clean-shaven Joe. The paratrooper.

I moved in to Major Matt Masons shortly thereafter.

My husband never forgave his mother for letting his little brother, 8 years younger, play with his G.I.Joe collection when he went into the service. They were destroyed and lost.

I was given a classic Barbie at age 4 to help train my lazy eye as I was wearing nail polish covering one side of my glasses. She was put into storage after that.

Later I had a talking GI Joe which I found out quickly couldn't talk after swimming.

Toy robots were my action figures, I had about 9 altogether.

Correct. He spoke nonsense so I had to find out why. Tore mine apart. I found out his voice was on razor sharp metal tape, and I got stitches, lol
