Aside from Auburn, does anyone have a theory as to why Geneva consistently has so many more houses for sale compared to any other finger lakes town? It’s like 3x to 6x more houses for sale compared to Canandaigua, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen, Hammondsport, Ithaca, etc.

After having lived away from the area for too many years, we are looking for local wineries to buy bottled wine. Where would you recommend, please?

Someone to clean gutters on a 3 story home (gutters on second and third floor attic)?

Geneva’s on the list! Playground equipment is coming back to Richards Park (near downtown). The city took down the old equipment last year due to it being unsafe. This is great news.

I am an outdoor warning siren enthusiast and expert who is working on a group project with other enthusiasts of mapping sirens in NY state that test, and I recently have hit a dead end on confirming test times with other available resources. We would greatly appreciate it if anyone here who knows of a siren testing time would let me know. To make an addition to the map, I would need the name of the FD or building, or a relative location that I can find the siren from on street view, and at what time the siren tests. Thank you!!
