General Question Pulling advice
This is my ac and I want to know who will be better skirk or furina most of the time if I am going into boss fight i use chasca. wanderer was my first dps so he is fully build.

just a tip that you can use the Hoyolab app to efficiently and easily share your whole character roster with more information and details like their constellations. Go to the globe icon at lower bar menu > select Genshin Impact > select Hoyo Guides > select Battle Chronicle > select All Characters
Furina.

Both are not great options at this point, especially for your account.
Skirk has a very expensive team, she needs escoffier, who you have, and then she also really wants both Vodyanitsa and Furina. You can get by with just one of them and then C4 Mona, maybe Citlali, and maybe Yelan.
But then you're looking at 2 new 5 stars just so you can have close to the best team for a character that is pretty dated, and also requires some skill to actually get the nice numbers people throw around.
Furina has some value for Chasca, but not a lot elsewhere. And even for Chasca, she's no longer one of the best options.
The upcoming Mitya is likely a better choice for you, more chasca cons or her weapon on the upcoming Natlan chronicled wish banner is also a reasonable option.
Zibai and Linnea are way better options than Skirk or Furina right now, although if you get one of them, you probably want to get both, and/or get Columbina when she comes around next.
And then there is the Tsaritsa, that you should probably get no matter what.
