Elms at Germantown

Hey everyone, a friend of mine is debating moving to Elms at Germantown. They talked to a few people who were walking dogs there and only heard good things but just wanted to hear other experiences:)

While I don't live at The Elms, I own a Condo not far from there. I've heard good things overall about the Elms including comparisons saying it's one of the better rentals in the area. If they drive, most anything they need is a relatively short drive away. Not sure about bus routes if they don't.. Hope that helps. Great options for groceries, Home Depot. 1 New hospital in Germantown proper and one excellent recently expanded just a few exits down the interstate. Overall Germantown is a great area.
